History
The Earth Dimension,[4] or Earthspace, refers to the Earth's universe,[1] the physical realm[2] within a given reality where the planet Earth is specifically located. In this plane of existence, the planet shares space and time with other celestial bodies, like the Sun, the rest of the Solar System, the Milky Way, the Andromeda Galaxy, and so on.[9]
The centre of the universe is called the Crunch, and all space extends outwards from it until it reaches an end and physics start to break down. This area is called the Rip.[18]Notes
- The Earthspace was called such only in the recap page of Avengers Academy #19. In most instances it's only referred to as "our dimension" by its inhabitants without a given name. In Doctor Strange, Sorcerer Supreme #21, for instance, it's only called "Earth's universe."
- To the people of the Microverse, the Earth dimension is known as the "Macroverse",[12][13][14] while to the people of Earth dimension, the Macroverse is another dimension.
