The Viper is a vicious nihilistic terrorist who aims to poison those that fight for order. The codename was adopted by Jordan Dixon, a criminal who created the Serpent Squad to tarnish the name of Captain America. Dixon was assassinated by Madame Hydra, who seized the name and the control of the Serpent Squad for herself. Since then, the Viper has become an influential but most importantly feared name within the ranks Hydra and in the affairs of the pirate-nation of Madripoor.
