History
The Molans are a Subterranean race of humanoids created as slaves long ago by the Deviants. When the Deviants abandoned Subterranea, they were able to grow and develop beneath the Earth into their own distinct society. They recently came into contact with J. Jonah Jameson and Spider-Man in their trips to Subterranea.[1]

Molans follow their leader with loyalty. If someone does not bow down to the leader, that means they are challenging the leader for the throne. The challenger (or the challenger's champion) has to either fight the leader to the death or defeat the leader through humiliation. If the challenger (ur the champion) wins, they become the new leader.
The Molans seem to allow their females to be warriors, as one female is seen among the army of Ra'ktar.
Molans use a very hard rock to make their weapons. This rock is called the Hard Stone; it is hard enough to cut through even the Red Hulk's skin.
