Tarakis was the Grand Vizier to Odin. However, it was later revealed that he was a shape shifting agent of Thanos. He helped Thanos find Mangog, the Map of All-Ending and the Illumination Stone. These cosmic energies drew the attention of Firelord, who teamed up with Thor after realizing Tarakis' betrayal in an effort to stop Thanos from destroying the universe. During the battle,Tarakis revealed his true form and defeated Firelord. He turned his back on Firelord in order to attack Thor. This allowed Firelord to blast him in the back and kill him.^[1]

• Metamorph: Tarakis transformed himself into an Asgardian and acted as an adviser to Odin.
• Energy Manipulation: Tarakis can blast energy bolts from his body.
